These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from Krunchd. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

🛍️ Ordering

All orders are subject to availability.
Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. Please double-check your details, as we can't make changes once your order has been processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

💳 Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include any applicable taxes.
Payment is taken at the time of order through secure third-party providers such as Shopify Payments.
We reserve the right to update prices at any time without notice.

🚚 Shipping

We ship within the UK only.
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days, and delivery times range from 2–5 working days after dispatch.
All orders include tracking – you’ll receive your tracking link by email once your order ships.
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

🔁 Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (food items), we do not accept returns.
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, please email hello@krunchd.co.uk within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos if applicable.
We may offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

🧼 Allergens & Ingredients

Our freeze-dried sweets are made using pre-packaged sweets, and allergens vary by product.
We clearly label any known allergens in product descriptions, but cross-contamination may still occur. If you have a severe allergy, please contact us before ordering.

🎁 Krunch Box Collection

Mystery Boxes and themed Krunch Boxes are curated and may contain different items each time.
Preferences (e.g., Halal) must be selected at checkout. We cannot guarantee swaps after the order is placed.

👤 Accounts & Eligibility

You may create an account for easier checkout and order tracking.
By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 16 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.
