Once your Krunchd order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey. Please check your tracking first for the latest delivery update.

We start preparing Krunchd orders quickly, so changes aren’t always possible once an order has been placed. Please Chat to Us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do. 🩵

If your order hasn’t been packed or dispatched yet, we may be able to cancel it. Once it has been packed and the shipping label has been purchased, it may be too far along in the fulfilment process to cancel. Please Chat to Us as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, once your parcel is with the courier, we can’t personally add delivery instructions such as leaving it behind a wheelie bin or in a specific safe place. Please check your courier tracking for any available delivery options.

Sometimes tracking can take a little while to update while your parcel moves through the courier network. If there hasn’t been an update for an unusually long time, please Chat to Us and we’ll look into it for you. 🩵

Krunchd deliveries usually take around 2–4 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.

Our estimated delivery timeframe is based on working days, so Saturdays and Sundays aren’t included.

If you can, we recommend placing your Krunchd order towards the start of the week. This can help avoid the busier end of week and weekend period. 📦🩵

We can’t guarantee an exact delivery day once your parcel is with the courier. Your tracking will always provide the best indication of when your Krunchd Box is due to arrive.

We currently offer two main pack sizes:

Taster Packs are our smaller packs and measure approximately 15cm × 15cm.

Mega Packs are our larger packs and measure approximately 25cm × 25cm, containing over double the amount of our Taster Packs. 🍬

Our Taster Packs are smaller Krunchd packs designed to let you try different flavours and discover your favourites before going bigger with a Mega Pack. 🩵

Freeze drying removes most of the moisture from the sweets, which makes them much lighter while creating their signature crunchy texture.

Different sweets contain different amounts of moisture, so the final weight varies between products.

Each Krunchd product can have a different weight because different sweets lose different amounts of moisture during freeze drying.

Freeze drying removes moisture from sweets under controlled conditions, transforming their original texture into something light, airy and crunchy while intensifying the flavour. 🧪🍬

Freeze drying can make sweets expand, crack, change shape or develop a completely different texture. That’s all part of the process and no two pieces will necessarily look exactly the same. 🍬

Some Krunchd products have no gluten containing ingredients, but because our sweets are prepared and packed in an environment where we handle and mix products containing gluten, cross contamination may occur.

For this reason, if you have coeliac disease or a gluten allergy, we recommend avoiding our products. 🩵

The source and certification of gelatine matters, so you shouldn’t assume that all gelatine has the same dietary status.

They’re produced in smaller batches and give you the chance to try new ideas before they potentially become part of the main Krunchd range.

Some Lab Drops might become permanent favourites. Others may never return. 👀

When we have something new cooking in the Krunchd Lab, we may release it as a limited Lab Drop.
