Orders
Oh no! We're sorry to hear that. Please get in touch with us via our contact form or email us at hello@krunchd.co.uk with your order number and details of the issue, and we’ll sort it out as quickly as possible.
We take great care in packing, but if something arrived damaged, please send us photos over at hello@krunchd.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Delivery
Please check your tracking link for updates first. If your parcel hasn’t arrived within 7 working days after dispatch, get in touch at hello@krunchd.co.uk and we’ll investigate with the courier.
