Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your Krunchd order. Here’s everything you need to know about returns, cancellations, and refunds:

Returns

We accept returns on unopened parcels within 14 days of delivery.

Because our products are food items, we cannot accept returns on opened packages for health and safety reasons.

If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, you may cancel it within 48 hours of purchase — just drop us an email.

You can also reject the delivery when it arrives. Once it is returned to us, we’ll issue you a full refund.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away so we can fix it quickly.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the unopened product and place a new order once your return is accepted.
