How can we help?

Once your Krunchd order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey. Please check your tracking first for the latest delivery update.

We start preparing Krunchd orders quickly, so changes aren’t always possible once an order has been placed. Please Chat to Us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do. 🩵

If your order hasn’t been packed or dispatched yet, we may be able to cancel it. Once it has been packed and the shipping label has been purchased, it may be too far along in the fulfilment process to cancel. Please Chat to Us as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, once your parcel is with the courier, we can’t personally add delivery instructions such as leaving it behind a wheelie bin or in a specific safe place. Please check your courier tracking for any available delivery options.

Sometimes tracking can take a little while to update while your parcel moves through the courier network. If there hasn’t been an update for an unusually long time, please Chat to Us and we’ll look into it for you. 🩵

Krunchd deliveries usually take around 2–4 working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends.

Our estimated delivery timeframe is based on working days, so Saturdays and Sundays aren’t included.

If you can, we recommend placing your Krunchd order towards the start of the week. This can help avoid the busier end of week and weekend period. 📦🩵

We can’t guarantee an exact delivery day once your parcel is with the courier. Your tracking will always provide the best indication of when your Krunchd Box is due to arrive.

We currently offer two main pack sizes:

Taster Packs are our smaller packs and measure approximately 15cm × 15cm.

Mega Packs are our larger packs and measure approximately 25cm × 25cm, containing over double the amount of our Taster Packs. 🍬

Our Taster Packs are smaller Krunchd packs designed to let you try different flavours and discover your favourites before going bigger with a Mega Pack. 🩵

Mega Packs are our larger 25cm × 25cm Krunchd packs and contain over double the amount of our Taster Packs. They’re perfect once you’ve found your favourite flavour. 😋

Freeze drying removes most of the moisture from the sweets, which makes them much lighter while creating their signature crunchy texture.

Different sweets contain different amounts of moisture, so the final weight varies between products.

Each Krunchd product can have a different weight because different sweets lose different amounts of moisture during freeze drying.

You can find the exact weight of each product on its product page.

Freeze drying removes moisture from sweets under controlled conditions, transforming their original texture into something light, airy and crunchy while intensifying the flavour. 🧪🍬

Freeze drying can make sweets expand, crack, change shape or develop a completely different texture. That’s all part of the process and no two pieces will necessarily look exactly the same. 🍬

No. Every Krunchd product is different, so ingredients and allergens can vary between flavours.

Please check the Dietary Information dropdown on the individual product before ordering.

Open the individual product page and scroll down to the Dietary Information section beneath the product description.

For your safety, if you have a food allergy, we recommend avoiding our products. 🩵

Our sweets are prepared and packed in an environment where we handle and mix a variety of products containing different allergens, so cross contamination may occur.

Although individual ingredients and allergens are listed in the Dietary Information section of each product, we cannot guarantee that any Krunchd product is completely free from traces of other allergens.

We have options for different dietary requirements. 🌱 However, every Krunchd pack is different, so please check the information for the specific flavour you’re interested in.

Open the product, scroll below the description and expand the Dietary Information dropdown.

Not necessarily. Dietary suitability varies between products, so always check the Dietary Information section of the specific product before ordering.

No. Some are vegan and some aren’t. 🌱 Check the Dietary Information dropdown on each product page to see whether that flavour is suitable.

Some Krunchd products have no gluten containing ingredients, but because our sweets are prepared and packed in an environment where we handle and mix products containing gluten, cross contamination may occur.

For this reason, if you have coeliac disease or a gluten allergy, we recommend avoiding our products. 🩵

You can still find the individual ingredients and dietary information for each product in the Dietary Information section on its product page.

The source and certification of gelatine matters, so you shouldn’t assume that all gelatine has the same dietary status.

Please check the individual product’s Dietary Information, and if you’re unsure, Chat to Us before purchasing. 🩵

If there’s a problem with your Krunchd order, we’re here to help. 🩵 Please Chat to Us and let us know what happened so we can look into your order and determine the best solution.

We’re really sorry! 🩵 Please Chat to Us and send clear photos of the damaged products and the packaging they arrived in.

Please keep the products and packaging while we investigate, as the courier may require additional evidence.

Sorry about that! 🩵 Please Chat to Us and send a clear photo of everything you received, including the box and all Krunchd packs with the back labels facing up, so we can clearly see the product names.

This will help us check your order and get things sorted for you as quickly as possible. 😊

Sorry about that! 🩵 Please Chat to Us and send a clear photo of the wrong item you received with the back label facing up, so we can clearly see the product name.

We’ll check this against your order and get things sorted for you as quickly as possible. 😊

We completely understand that everyone has different tastes. However, personal taste or preference isn’t considered a product fault.

If you believe there is actually something wrong with the product itself, please Chat to Us so we can investigate.

Please Chat to Us and provide clear photos of the parcel as it arrived, including the outer packaging, shipping label and inside of the package.

We need this evidence to investigate an empty parcel claim and determine what happened.

The amount provided will correspond to the product and pack size purchased. Freeze dried sweets are also extremely lightweight because most of their moisture has been removed.

If you believe you’ve actually received the wrong product or quantity, please Chat to Us and we’ll investigate.

Welcome to the Krunchd Lab! 🧪🍬

Lab Drops are our experimental freeze dried creations that we’re testing with the Krunchd community.

They’re produced in smaller batches and give you the chance to try new ideas before they potentially become part of the main Krunchd range.

Some Lab Drops might become permanent favourites. Others may never return. 👀

When we have something new cooking in the Krunchd Lab, we may release it as a limited Lab Drop.

You get to try the experiment and your feedback helps us decide what we change, improve or potentially bring into the permanent range. 🧪🩵

No. 👀 Lab Drops are experimental and may only be produced in limited batches.

If you see one you really want to try, we can’t guarantee it’ll come back once it’s gone.

Absolutely! 🧪 We love hearing what the Krunchd community wants us to experiment with.

If there’s a sweet you think we should put through the Krunchd Lab, Chat to Us and send us your idea. 🩵
